The design team formed by Globant for the project consisted of a UX designer and myself as Product Designer leading the whole process of discovery, definition and design of the product. During the problem discovery phase we were able to carry out research with the majority of Globant's designers, which allowed us to detect with great precision the problems we faced as designers within a large consultancy firm that works for different sectors and companies. The collaboration and participation of the rest of the team: engineers, data scientists, product managers and business analysts during the various workshops I facilitated, undoubtedly provided a very clear product roadmap and alignment.
The functionality identified and defined in the solution phase would provide a plugin for both Sketch and Figma, allowing designers to quickly upload their prototypes and start testing them within the product platform. On the other hand, the smart user testing functionality would provide designers with a simple and agile way to set up and prepare user tests. Finally, the reporting system would provide detailed and relevant information about user test results in real time, helping designers to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions about their designs.
